​Being able to perform at your best at the right moment not only requires physical, but also in particular mental skills. Mental training starts right here - existing blockages are released and mental strengths and skills are specifically trained.

Whether dance, music or sport - I would like to support you on this path by encouraging and empowering you to use your full potential and take responsibility for yourself and your health. In this process, it is important to me to include your personal environment and social support system. Only through a supportive system can performers be given the space for individuality and personal growth.

I offer tailored and flexible concepts for mental training for dancers, musicians and singers as well as athletes - so that performers can excel at their best when it counts.
